ONLY 40. Dude, they are players. 20 health, with the normal punch attack. They don't need to be boosted, whatsoever. I'm actually running into some unfixable bugs, however, i think i'll havta put it into deepfreeze and use something else in the meantime.

Dunno, they glitch out and crash the server when they die. And they don't attack anyone, so....

that wont work, I dont think they do faction npc plugins, at least not ones that aren't really glitchety!

See, the more health is akin to armor, and i'm using a random.nextInt(4) for the damage increase, so it's anything from 2 to 6 damage.

Anything from 2 to 6 damage? Shouldn't they do a constant, say, two hearts or something? Then they're exactly like pet wolves.

Random damage between 1 and 3 hearts is balanced but weird in my opinion. Everything else does a fixed amount of damage (except creeper explosions, but that's because they're explosions).
It would be cool if we totally turned this around and added random damage dice, like in Warcraft III or (I think) LoL. And crits, before they're even supposed to be out.
if(random.nextInt(20) == 0) damage *= 1.5;
